Can I try MedicForge before committing?
Yes! Contact us for a guided demo of the LMS or Agency Portal. For Continuing Education, we offer free courses so you can experience the platform before subscribing.
What payment methods do you accept?
LMS and Agency Portal plans are billed via invoice. CE individual subscriptions and course purchases are processed through Square. We can also arrange ACH transfers for annual plans.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export all your data during this period. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
What is Founders Pricing?
We're offering our first 10 LMS customers a discounted rate that's locked in for the life of their account. Once all 10 founders spots are taken, pricing increases by $1,000 per tier. 5 spots remain.
What is MedicForge CE?
MedicForge CE is our continuing education platform for EMS providers. It offers self-paced courses built to CAPCE standards with verified certificates. Individual providers can start free or subscribe for $69/year. Agencies get flat-rate pricing with no per-seat fees.
Is there a limit on file uploads?
Individual file uploads are limited to 100MB. Your total storage depends on your plan (25GB for Professional, 100GB for Institution).
